because the message included a vcard attachment that was rejected by
the HTML filter.

I've approved messages with vcard attachments since they are not as ugly
or verbose as html.  For example Shiela's previous message in this thread
(which has lots of extra <cr>'s but I think that is unrelated):

If anyone has comments of vcard attachments, please email me.  I would
encourage folks that use vcard to suppress it on posts to cohousing-L
since they get rejected and require me to approve them which introduces
delay.  I hope to have a better way to handle attachments one of these
days.

I did not approve this message with it's vcard because it gave me an
opportunity to post this note and also so I could edit out excessive quotes.
