Hello Art,

Saw your post on the [C-L] list and your sig caught my eye.  Do you 
happen to live 10% of the time in Manzanita Village, the  cohousing in 
Prescott?

My husband and I have pretty much settled on Prescott as our ideal 
retirement local.  We've visited on two occasions but had not been to 
Manzanita.   We intend to retire in another 5 years and are in the 
process of learning about cohousing options.  We would prefer an adult 
community but as the four we are aware of in AZ are all 
multigenerational.....

So thought I'd inquire on the chance that you keep a place there.
