Cohousing-L Mailing List: perosnal or community concern

As I remember it, several years ago, there was a discussion on this listserv
about the difference between community concerns and private or individual
concerns.  Someone had made up a list and asked others to state whether they
thought each situation was a community concern or a private concern. Perhaps
community meant that it was ok to talk to that person about the issue and
private meant it was the other persons business only and others should keep
out of that persons business. Anyways, I'm trying to locate that thread.
I've been looking in the archives, but haven't had any luck.  Does anybody
remember this and can you offer me any help in finding it.
