I'm with my neighbor Liz on this one, and even more so. To those who are saying the regular dishwasher takes too long: What makes you think you have to sit around and wait for it to finish? Start it and go home once you're done with the rest of cleanup. Now for the even more so: For the first several years, my well-disciplined cook team did fine with only one regular dishwasher, even after large, well-attended meals: Starting cleanup, we'd load it up and start it first thing, then wash pots, put away leftovers, clean tables, counters, stoves, etc. By then, the 45-minute cycle was through, so we could empty it, refill, start and leave. No wasted time waiting for it to finish.
