Dear Friend of Cohousing,

I'm very pleased to write that after three and a half years of planning, Oak
Creek Commons (OCC) Cohousing in Paso Robles, California, is ready to break
ground! As a resident of Nomad Cohousing and a Marketing consultant to OCC
for the past two years, I am VERY proud of their accomplishments and excited
to announce this happy occasion.

This coming Saturday, March 15, from 1 to 3 p.m., the OCC community is
hosting a Ground Breaking and Community Celebration on their beautiful
14-acre property in Paso Robles.  The event is free, and will include live
entertainment, refreshments, a ceremony, a raffle, and children's
activities. Come celebrate and meet community members who are arriving from
the Central Coast, Central California, Los Angeles, and the Bay Area.

A few homes are still available in this 36-household neighborhood. While the
physical design of the neighborhood has been successfully completed, there
is still plenty of opportunity to give input on the social design of the
community.
