Sharingwood community update: (I got inspired by Raines numbers, not sure
how he counts us)

We have 24 built homes, 5 unbuilt but owned lots.
Of our 24 built homes, 5 entire homes are rented.
In our 24 built homes we have 9 active rental spaces.
We have 91 residents.
Of the 91 residents, 55 are adults, 36 are kids under 18.
Of the 36 kids, 16 are 1-10, 3 are under 1.
Of the 91 residents, 28 are renters.
We have 38 acres of land, of which 24 is forested greenbelt.
Our commonhouse is 2200 sq feet.
We have 3 homes for sale
