Rob's update is a good way to process numbers.  Here's Westwood's (in
Asheville, NC)

We have 25 homes, no unbuilt or empty lots.
Of our 25 homes, 3 entire homes are rented.
We have 5 active rental spaces.
We have 49 residents.
Of the 49 residents, 38 are adults, 12 are kids from 1-16.
Of the 49 residents, 9 are renters.
We have 4 acres of land, with some trees which resemble a woods, if
you're not too picky about                 being able to see houses on
the other side.
Our common house is 3,789 sq. feet.
We have four homes for sale.
