Our three bedroom end unit with 1613 finished square feet and 2405 total
square feet and a garage is on sale at Greyrock Commons in Fort Collins,
Colorado.  The unit has 1 ¾ baths and the bedrooms are located on the
upper level and feature cathedral ceilings.  The living room has a gas
fireplace.  The unit has great views of open space and mountains and a
high speed, low cost Internet connection via the community computer
network. 

Greyrock has 30 households and is located in northwest Fort Collins
approximately 2 miles from Old Town.  The community has a large common
house (approximately 5000 square feet) which includes a recreation room,
an office and a guest suite.  The community has an active meal program. 
Greyrock has a total of 16 acres.  The town homes exist on approximately 4
acres and the other 12 acres are dedicated to a mix of open space, a
natural area, community gardens, sheds and a chicken coup.  Most units
circle a large green space which includes a playground with a sandbox and
a bridge.
