So inspite of some folk be tough nuts (and all of us are that at times!) NVC used by a few will effect the whole! Yeah, I am a believer! Atleast it is the best I have found over the years and even if it doesn't keep the communication between me and others clean, I am clear with myself. With that I can keep as balanced as possible even when others are not.
