One of the great things I have discovered with NVC is even if the person
your speaking with (or part of your community doesn't find the process
helpful) isn't using NVC....if you listen with those NVC steps it can help
break through difficult communication anyhow.  So inspite of some folk be
tough nuts (and all of us are that at times!) NVC used by a few will effect
the whole!  Yeah, I am a believer!  Atleast it is the best I have found over
the years and even if it doesn't keep the communication between me and
others clean, I am clear with myself.  With that I can keep as balanced as
possible even when others are not.  Juva
