We're a new community and were wondering how other communities determine which decisions have to be agreed upon by the group. How do you decide which do and which don't?
Here's some criteria we've come up with. How important is the decision? How many people does the decision effect? How fast is the decision needed? Has there been previous input from the group? What are the ramifications of the decision? Any comments and suggestions? Thanks, Richard Kwan Vancouver Cohousing http://www3.telus.net/cohousing British Columbia, Canada _________________________________________________________________Protect your PC - get McAfee.com VirusScan Online http://clinic.mcafee.com/clinic/ibuy/campaign.asp?cid=3963
