Business Committee is the most important committee to start with. If you don't have a sound business plan you'll never attract the members you need to build the development. When our group started out all three households were on the Business Committee. Awhile after that we formed a membership committee, and then after that, Design.
That's my 2¢ worth. --Diane(:^] = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = On Wed Jul 2, 2003 ilyse simon <ilysefood [at] yahoo.com> wrote: I'm part of a newly formed coho group and would like to know what committees are important to form initially. We are in beginning stages of vision creating, and would love input from others as to ways to structure this process.
