Where after four years we have finally jumped through all the hoops and got our rezoning (major accomplishment), our Official Community Plan Amendment (another major) our development permit and, when we have completed the civil works (end of Sept), we will have our subdivision approval and begin to build our beautiful, compact, and efficient 31 homes.
