My name is Dave Wortman, and I am a Seattle-based freelance writer
working on a story about tool sharing co-ops-tools for home improvement,
landscaping, and the like. I am looking for good examples of
neighborhoods or communities that have come together to create such
co-ops, whether they be intentional communities or eco-villages, or
neighborhood groups.  I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can
provide; anyone can reach me directly at dewortman [at] earthlink.net.  I'd
