Hi Tom & folks, >I really liked the idea (Fred's?) of a "peace corps" >for cohousing. If you get serious about this and want to find volunteers, i think you'd have great luck recruiting from among graduates of the educational programs that are out there now: 1. Living Routes, which takes college students to intentional communities around the world 2. Occidental Arts & Ecology Center in CA, which teaches courses on how to start communities 3. Communities with thriving intern programs, such as Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage, Earthaven, the Farm (Ecovillage Training Center), and Twin Oaks which has a very busy visitor program Cheers, --Tree ------------------------------------------ Tree Bressen 1680 Walnut St. Eugene, OR 97403 (541) 484-1156 tree [at] ic.org www.treegroup.info _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
