If you get serious about this and want to find volunteers, i think you'd
have great luck recruiting from among graduates of the educational
programs that are out there now:

1. Living Routes, which takes college students to intentional communities
around the world
2. Occidental Arts & Ecology Center in CA, which teaches courses on how to
start communities
3. Communities with thriving intern programs, such as Dancing Rabbit
Ecovillage, Earthaven, the Farm (Ecovillage Training Center), and Twin
Oaks which has a very busy visitor program
