When we built Bellingham Cohousing we put in the cable to network, 
so it is all networked and those who want to subscribe (most of the 
33 households) for $10/month share a high speed connection. It was 
expensive to put in. I've moved out and I'm not sure who the contact 
person is now, but check the website if you are interested.
