Thank god! I was getting worried that if Stage 4 was conforming I would 
have to move out when we reached the end of Stage 3 -- which may be 
coming soon since we just approved an 18% increase in condo fees with 
little anguish but have spent two years discussing whether cable TV in 
the commonhouse should be paid for by the community or the users.
