I don't do a lot of cooking (or eating) in the commonhouse but I took charge of the turkey for Thanksgiving. It gave me a good opportunity to see how the kitchen works -- very differently than I had imagined. Basically people do a lot of compensating with their own kitchens.
A jet-stream oven is a great way to cook a turkey -- it can do a 12 lb turkey in 2 hours. It avoids heating up the oven, and watching the turkey cook provides entertainment. _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
