Hello,
We are about to begin hiring a project manager. We are considering this model:
- a local project manager
who consults with a cohousing " mentor" ( not local)
The project manager will serve as a liasion with the coho members and with
the professional team ( realtor, builder, lawyer, accountant, engineer etc.)
I' d appreciate examples of job descriptions and qualifications for project
manager and any advice, cautions etc.
