Here in Arcata we are working on a new Cohousing project with a local 
developer.  Construction will likely begin in 2005.  If you are interested, we 
could 
arrange to have your home built specifically to accommodate your needs.  Your 
presence would also go a long ways to insuring that the whole project is 
accessible.
We will be organizing our group more formally this spring.
