Hi,  At Sonora Cohousing we use a system that is different in the details
from the 10Day system, but essentially the same in concept.  The
important factors are the stringent advance notice provisions, the clear
and complete proposal, and the ease which it can be bumped to the more
intensive decision making process by doubters.  Don in Tucson
