BEDROOM/PRIVATE BATH + PAY

INFANTCARE

Near the new downtown Pleasant Hill
Starting in May or June


I am a single woman expecting twins, due date June 4.

In exchange for night-time help with infantcare, you would have your own
bedroom and bathroom (plus laundry and kitchen privileges) in a beautiful
townhouse in Pleasant Hill Cohousing.  (Plus pay.)

Daytime childcare, for additional pay, is also a possibility.

Pleasant Hill Cohousing is a unique, village-like community, an ideal
setting for children.  For our 23 children (and counting!) we have the
following amenities:


¨ a large, well-equipped playroom
¨ an arts-and-crafts-room
¨ a sandbox
¨ a pool
¨ a playground
¨ plenty of space to run around away from cars


Must have excellent references and must like dogs!  (I have an adorable
but high-strung poodle mix).
