  Rob,
I'm not sure if this was directed at me specifically.
If it wasn't, you must know that I am in the initial initial stages of
gathering mometum for a totally sustainable cohousing project.
Sure, I'd be glad to lead you to a few sites. I'll gather a handful and
include them in the next email.
When is your conference? I would really enjoy attending. Sounds useful to
the cause here.

*I don't know of any "sustainable" cohousing in existence. I have heard that
people have tried to get them going but that the only people interested in
alternative materials usage (pressed cardboard, used tires, soda can walls,
etc...) were aged hippies with not enough money to make the thing happen. I
feel that times and tech. have changed sufficiently enough to try again.

Perhaps, there would be some interested candidates for such cohousing at
your conference in Seattle.

  Cheers,

I am speaking in cohousing and community at the NW sustainability
conference. If you have ideas about where I might get some Jpegs showing
technical aspects of sustainability in cohousing, e.g., energy saving,
alternative construction methods, etc I'd love to hear of websites, etc. I
am doing a computer based slide presentation and it would benefit from a few
more pictures that are jpegs of GIF format (I suppose other electronic
  formats would work also).

  Thanks.
