Hi All,

 

Wonderland Hill Development Company is happy to announce that we have a
great new site for an 18 unit community under contract in Lyons,
Colorado. 

 

Lyons, Colorado is a beautiful little town 30 minutes outside of Boulder
and just a few minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. It is the best
of both urban and rural.

 

We will be having a slideshow and informational session on cohousing and
specifics on this potential community in Lyons on Tuesday, July 20. This
will be at the Lyons Soda Fountain (400 Main Street) from 7-8:30pm. 

 

If you or anyone you know is in the area and would like to join us
please come for ice cream and an informative slideshow.
