In addition to refraining from quoting the full text of articles, or
even posting them, people should realize that the vast majority of
articles presented in an online medium are copyrighted and it is very
likely a violation of copyright law to paste the text of an entire article.
Just posting a URL that pints to the site that hosts the article in question should be sufficient, and it clearly will not violate the copyright holder's rights.
Even if the article is on a site that requires some sort of registration or fee for access, that is no reason to bypass the copyright holder. These sites charge fees or otherwise make readers jump through hoops for a specific reason. Lets not thwart their purpose.
