The leasing of the machines and paying outside contractor and keeping 1/2 for 
community worked well at Santa Rosa Creek Commons - a co-op rather than 
co-housing but with approx the same number using machines.   It was expecially 
good 
when they got older and we could just call someone to take care of it if
