Hi, 

I'll be studying at the grad program at the New College of California
(Santa Rosa, CA) in January. I need to find housing that will put me
right in the middle of sustainable living and eco-ag issues. 
 
Got any ideas?

Cohousing is not very affordable to most Americans at this point, and I
hope that my research and promotion of new community land purchasing ideas
will eventually take hold.
