Cohousing-L Mailing List: accessing archives/ old post on shared work

I'm looking for a post from Rob Sandelin from about 6 months ago on shared 
work.  I can't figure out how to access the archives.   Does anyone have a link 
to that post or a saved copy of it that they can send me?  In a nutshell what 
I remember is that it was about letting go of expectations and judgements 
about others levels of work in the community - and lots more.  Anyone remember 
this?
