Members of the Unitarian Church in Westport CT are excited about cohousing
as a lifestyle and may want to establish such a community in Fairfield
County. We need to educate ourselves. As a first step, we would like a
cohousing veteran (ie. a longtime resident, an architect/builder of
cohousing) to speak to our group, to take us through the process from
beginning to end. Please contact Carol Haber at
<mailto:chsmiles [at] sprintmail.com>chsmiles [at] sprintmail.com or call
203-331-1050 for details.
[I'm posting this for Carol Haber, who initially made this inquiry to the Cohousing Association. Please respond directly to her and not to me or to the listserv.--Joani]
p.s. If anyone would like to read the article I wrote, "Cohousing: What's So UU About It" published last summer in the Unitarian Universalist World (magazine) you can find it online at www.uuworld.org and on that site, search for cohousing or my name.
