Hi folks,

I am pleased to report that at long last, a description of Walnut St. 
Co-op's community revolving loan fund has been posted to our website at:

This write-up is designed to encourage other intentional communities (and 
other worthy projects?) to consider setting up similar financing 
structures.  It includes links to a sample loan contract and to other
