It looks as if a number of groups are working on these
issues. I'm a member of Corvallis CoHousing and we are
currently working on a plan to have in place to guide
us with accomplishing community tasks after move-in.
At the moment, we are working on the time commitment
that will be expected from members. I would appreciate
hearing from communities regarding the following
questions:

Do you have a specific time expectation, and if so,
how much per week or month? Does the weekly/monthly
commitment include meal prep/cleanup? Do you have
periodic community workdays in addition? 

If you have any written policies/procedures regarding
community tasks that you would be willing to share, I
would appreciate getting them as well.
