Hi Rob,
Is anyone aware of a repository of materials for cohousing, cooperative housing, and consensus living? I'm thinking primarily of educational and training materials, but this could also include articles of incorporation, bylaws, CCR's, handbooks, etc.
The Federation of Egalitarian Communities maintains an archive of policies from some of its member communities, called Systems & Structures, at http://thefec.org/sns/. Most of the documents there are rather out of date, and the FEC communities are a specific group of income-sharing intentional communities, but you might still find something of interest.
Also i have a bunch of items posted on my website www.treegroup.info that are useful for training in group process skills.
And Diana Christian (communities [at] ic.org) would be a great person to contact, she has lots of handouts that she uses in her workshops on how to start an intentional community.
Thanks for your interest in making such resources available, the more the better!
