Hi,

I am a resident of Jackson Place Cohousing in Seattle, WA. My family 
and I have lived here for one year. We lived in Muir Commons Cohousing 
in Davis, CA, for four years prior to moving to Seattle.

I'm also an attorney. I have my own practice and primarily work on land 
use, environmental, and property law issues. I have become increasingly 
interested in condominium and homeowner association law - especially in 
the cohousing context. So, I'm writing to introduce myself and to offer 
my legal services to cohousing communities and cohousers. I am very 
willing to negotiate a fee that will fit your budget.
