Jane wrote about her small community situation. In your situation I would figure out some ways to have non-meeting social gathering times. Given your lot design model, you will be well served to build some strong glue that will hold you together. Maybe find some ways to do some work parties to help each other move, or other ways you can serve each other. Host a monthly birthday celebration, have some rituals as land is cleared, whatever makes sense for your group. Maybe some good old fashion barbeques or campfires. As a community you want to move from being strangers to being people who care and love each other. To get there, you need ways to serve each other and build up a reservoir of trust, which will make a solid foundation when issues come up that are divisive.
