Cohousing-L Mailing List: Re: T-shirts?

T-shirts as a marketing tool sounds interesting. It's great to be on this 
litserv and hear what other communities are doing. I'm part of the Nweberry 
Place cohousing community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We have been working with 
an architect, plans have been drawn, the proposed land will be purchased this 
month and the architect has met with the contractor. We hope to break ground 
this spring. We have 13 households committed and need 4 more. Marketing can be 
challenging. If anyone has any marketing ideas to share that would be 
appreciated!
