Here at Milagro in Tucson, Az: We have 28 units located outside the city
proper with 75 parking spaces including visitor and service delivery spaces.
All the assigned spaces are pretty much fully utilized.  The visitor and
service delivery (10) spaces are sufficient for day to day activity and
woefully short for community outreach events.

Thanks everyone for the responses on parking.

I wasn't looking for the number of spaces for your community.  What I 
wanted to know was if they were all being used.

For instance.  If you had 30 units and had to have 70 spaces, where all 
70 being used?  If not, what do you attribute the lower use to.

Our community is going to be 34 units, with 90 spaces, urban setting 
with a bus route and so-so bike path.
