Cohousing-L Mailing List: Making budgets more fun

   At Twin Oaks tney have an annual "Trade-Off Game".  The ballots
consist of all proposals and area budgets (exept the essential ones
that cannot be cut) and the amount of money expected to be available
in the next year.  Everyone has the opportunity to make what they'd
consider the ideal budget.  The planners then tally the results, and
use that info to create the actual budget.

   This might not translate directly to coho, but I'm sure the idea
could be used creatively.
