Cohousing-L Mailing List: Careaminiums

Also...

some years ago a developer in Victoria BC was developing what he  
called "Careaminiums" which amounted to elder cohousing with staff  
and meals built into the HOA fees.  Interesting idea.  I don't know  
if he ever went very far with the concept after his first project.

Anyone from Victoria reading this who might know more?
