I think it is very interesting that this article does not stress the cohousing concept and also makes commune sound "normal" -- not how most cohousers feel about it.
The only use of "co-housing" is to say that Chuck Durrett named it that. The article uses "intentional community", "collabortive housing", and "commune" accurately and unemotionally. A very nice article.
