Thanks for pointing this out, Sharon. The discussion to which I think you're 
referring was roughly Oct 17-31, 1999, under several different subject 
lines/threads. For people wanting to review this discussion, one good starting

which links to page 65 of the archives when sorted by date. (I believe the
