One of the uses of my website is to post "laundered" agreements. Real 
agreements striped of identifying info but including some sense of what 
kind of community it is -- lot development, 10 years since move-in, 
25-30 households, etc.

If people and send me their documents. I will launder and clear them 
with you before I post them.
