Hi Fred!

Anyone ever tell you that you walk on water?  Or that you are a major unsung
(or rarely sung) hero in cohousing-land?

You take such good care of this list!  And you are patient, patient,
patient.  Thank you for all that you do to keep this list running smoothly
and efficiently in re: the update and "hints" below.

I think we should double, nay treble,  your list management fees.  :-)
