WHEN:  Sunday, June 11th from 2:00 to 5:00 pm

WHO:  6 cottages, 2 dogs, the neighborhood rooster, and a motley group of
families and friends -- AKA  Josh & Molly Bergstrom; George Chan; Adam
Gould; Jacob, Kim & Luke McCoy Wade; Megan Walker & Robert McGowan; and
Scott, Sarah & Kalen Windels

WHERE:  1115, 1119, 1119 1/2, 1129, 1129A & 1133 65th Street (*not* Avenue),
cross street San Pablo, in Oakland on the Berkeley and Emeryville borders

WHY:  to tour our retrofit co-housing community, to enjoy drinks and snacks
with neighbors, friends, and family, and to celebrate our first year
together
