We do our prospective buyers orientations in person and so far it has worked wonderfully. The propspective buyer comes for a tour, gets invited to tea, or supper and one of the ourreach, welcoming team or myself simply ask and answer questions to ensure people have some idea of what we are about. So far every seller of every house is very much supported this effort, even when it means one or more prospects decide to look elsewhere for a home. I suppose if the people selling the homes had little or no relationship anymore with the community they might be disinclined to have their prospective buyers do this, but this has not been our situation.
