Hi all --

Just closing the loop on my end in re: Cardiff Place. Tree sent me
an email address for a founding member of the group, Brad
(Johnson?). I did email him but received no reply and no bounce back.

I really regret this group did not make it as a cohousing community
because I thought the project was a fine and clever example of urban
development. And I suppose that shows that what we know to be true:
although architecture and design are important it ain't the bricks
and mortar that make a community work.
