 I would encourage you to contact Northwest Intentional Communities
Association, they already have a start in this direction which you can see
at:   http://www.ic.org/nica/resource.htm   I know there was interest in
putting some energy into reorganizing and adding to this information and
maybe with a small bit of help the critical mass could be reached to make it
happen.
