Greetings!
  I am looking for renters for my wonderful 3 bedroom home at Hearthstone in NW 
Denver (www.denvercohousing.com). The home is beautiful, with 3+ bedrooms, 2 
1/2 baths, marble and wood floors, fireplace, an attached garage, deck and big 
wrap around porch.  It is located in a great area of Denver, easily accessible 
to both the city and the mountains.  I would prefer a 1-year lease but will 
consider other terms.  The house is fully furnished and equipped.  Ideally, I 
would like to rent to cat lovers who would agree to be "foster parents" for my 
gentle older cats. The home will be available around mid-October, but again I
