Hi.
 
Fresno Cohousing plans to break ground in April, and we have a very nice 
associate member that would like to join us, but can't quite afford it.  She is 
willing to share ownership with another person, though, so I am writing to see 
whether there is anyone else out there that would like to explore this 
possibility.
 
Of course, we also welcome other members, and still have openings for most of 
our unit types.
