For those interested in thinking globally & acting locally, McKinsey just
published "A cost curve for greenhouse gas reduction". The article provides
a strong economic argument to focus on building insulation. Specifically,
the "What might it cost?" pop-up chart shows how important that is relative
to other solutions.
