Before you get inv olved with using other than
Cohousing designed plans, please keep in mind that one
of the most special  aspects of Cohousing is HOW they
design the property  to make inter-action and the
goals of Cohousing possible.  

You might consider requesting a preliminary design
sketched by the founders of Cohousing at the Cohousing
Co.  They will get you started on the "right foot".
