Yes - Barbara Lynch asked me at the conference if I would put a site 
together to host a document library.  (I was thinking a drupal site, for 
the techies)

I'm not sure where she is in her process of collecting, etc.  I'm still 
happy to host and help put together a site as needed.

In terms of the other technologies, since we're working with organizing 
completed documents, I would say a wiki is not the thing we would need 
here...
